Full Time Site Supervisor (Construction) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Terra Group Holdings Selangor - Maukerja

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

2. Coordinate and monitor site workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Monitor site progress, workmanship, productivity, and resource utilisation, and report any delays or issues to the Project Engineer.

4. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements, Company procedures, and safety regulations.

5. Ensure proper housekeeping, site safety, and compliance with statutory requirements at all times.

6. Maintain daily site records, including work progress, manpower attendance, material usage, and site activities.

7. Assist in coordinating inspections, testing, project meetings, and communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

8. Identify and report technical issues, safety concerns, or site constraints, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

9. Support project completion, defect rectification, and project handover activities.

10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time to support business and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

1. Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or a related discipline.

2. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, refurbishment, interior fit-out, building strengthening, or upgrading projects.

3. Basic knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, quality control, and workplace safety requirements.

4. Able to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.

5. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

7. Possess own transportation and willing to work at assigned project sites.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
