Junior Executive, Distribution – Job Description

• Manage order processing and documentation for client deliveries.
• Execute picking and packing activities for outbound orders.
• Extract, monitor, and follow up on backorder items, including coordination of fulfilment and stakeholder updates.
• Arrange for backorder items less than usage fulfilment.
• Handle complaints from clients.
• Coordinate and monitor logistics operations in alignment with delivery schedules.
• Support sales operations and ensure client requests are actioned promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
• Conduct monthly stock take and maintain warehouse inventory accuracy.
• Support ad hoc distribution duties and reporting as directed by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory, warehouse, logistics, and order processing is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
