Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to hotel colleagues and guests, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure, monitor and maintain IT systems, equipment and applications.
• Ensure the smooth daily operation of the hotel's IT infrastructure and promptly resolve technical issues.
• Provide administrative support, including IT documentation, record keeping, reporting and asset inventory management.
• Coordinate with IT vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems and networking.
• Experience in IT troubleshooting, technical support and problem-solving.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to support both colleagues and hotel guests.
• Good organisational and administrative skills, with attention to details
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
