Position Summar y

Responsible for supporting the successful execution of the regional PowerGen Growth project. This role focuses on supporting, tracking, steering, and directly leading work packages to support project commitments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic growth targets.

As a cross-functional team player, the growth manager will establish robust project structures, identify and report risks, and align internal stakeholders from cross-functional project team to maintain high implementation speed. This position offers growth potential, with the possibility to develop into the Regional Growth Project Lead over time.

Responsibilities

• Working with internal stakeholders
• Leading and supporting work packages and drive continuous improvement of project execution processes.
• Supporting establishment and maintenance of project governance, structures, including scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Engage with cross-functional workstreams and ensure effective coordination.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated program reporting, milestone reviews, and status updates for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Support administration and documentation, including meeting management, project documentation, tracking logs.
• Identification and reporting of roadblocks and risks to maintain project execution momentum and delivery integrity.
• Communication & stakeholder liaison, acting as point of contact/ bridge between the Program manager, project manager and team members.
• Travels overseas on business, when required.
• Updates oneself with PM best practices.
• Special assignment from time to time.

Position qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, engineering and management, business administration, economics or equivalent.
• Proven track record in managing and driving business initiatives, min. 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in time management, with the ability to define project boundaries, create detailed schedules and work breakdown structures
• Experience in estimating costs, developing budgets, and tracking expenses to ensure the project remains profitable or within financial limits
• Skills to identify potential roadblocks early, assess their impact, and create reporting and mitigation plans
• Good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understand Asian cultural differences and business practices.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts, and influence morale positively under tight deadlines.
• Experience in managing expectations of stakeholders, project team members and (internal) clients and negotiating for resources or timeline adjustments when necessary.
• Agile mindset, being adaptive and quick thinking when unexpected changes or crises occur.
• Understanding of energy systems business and energy systems business, i.e. emergency backup generators, power stations, CHP plants
• Experience with project management software and tools, collaboration tools, (e.g. MS Teams, Office, …)
• Ability to read and interpret project KPIs, burndown charts, and financial reports
• Highly committed, open-minded team player with a competent, professional demeanor towards (internal) clients and colleagues
• Willingness to travel.
