About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive
HR & Admin Executive
to support our HR operations and office administration functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, coordinating with different stakeholders, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Support HR operations, including HRIS updates, attendance and leave tracking, and onboarding/offboarding coordination
Assist with recruitment, performance review cycles, and employee engagement activities
Organise employee welfare initiatives (celebrations, meals, gifts) and staff events
Arrange business travel (flights, hotels, insurance)
Manage office administration, facilities, and building management matters
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office-related needs
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–4 years of relevant HR or administrative experience
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; HRIS familiarity is a plus
Organised, detail-oriented, and a good communicator
Comfortable liaising with vendors, building management, and staff at all levels
Discretion in handling confidential information
