Business Development Executive (*************) needed at EZOSH SDN BHD at:

Tower A, Menara UOA Bangsar, 5, Jalan Bangsar Utama 1, Bangsar, 59000 Kuala Lumpur.

(Applicants with experience in software/ sales or Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) services will have an added advantage).

Requirements:

• Training/ certification in Business, Marketing, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field will be an advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• ⁠Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possess own transport and willing to travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ezOSH across various industries
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
• Conduct product presentations, sales pitches, demonstrations, and consultations
• Host professional training webinars, webinars/podcasts, and product launches
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, including working together with subsidiary company POSH Academy & Consultancy
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales contracts
• Collaborate with the technical team for client onboarding and implementation
• Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events

Working Hours:

• 45 hours a week, 5 days a week
• Hybrid working arrangement (schedule advised by supervisor)

Salary & Pay:

• Basic RM 2,000 - 2,400 + Fixed Allowance + Sales Incentives
