Full Time Account Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Norlan Petroleum Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. If you have solid accounting experience and are proficient in UBS, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and payment processing.
• Prepare and process Payment Vouchers (PV) for daily payments.
• Verify Invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO) and supporting documents before payment.
• Monitor supplier outstanding balances and payment schedules.
• Reconcile supplier and customer statements.
• Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and payment status.
• Prepare Statements of Account (SOA) and payment reminders.
• Perform daily accounting entries into the accounting system.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit e-Invoices via LHDN/MyInvois.
• Monitor bank facilities, loan repayments and financing-related documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting and financial records.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary and bankers.
• Assist in other accounting and finance duties as required.

Requirements

• UBS Accounting System experience is a MUST.
• Immediate availability / able to start immediately is highly preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of AP, AR, payment processing and bank reconciliation.
• Familiar with LHDN/MyInvois e-Invoicing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an SME environment is an added advantage.
