Job Summary

You will prepare the Japanese restaurant for service, deliver prompt and efficient guest service, train junior wait staff, and support the restaurant manager in daily operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities

Set up the Japanese restaurant for daily service to ensure readiness and smooth operations

Deliver prompt attention and service to guests to enhance their dining experience

Process guest orders efficiently to maintain timely food and beverage delivery

Train and coach junior wait staff to improve their service skills and performance

Assist the restaurant manager with daily operational tasks to support overall restaurant management

Model and promote the restaurant’s culture to junior staff to maintain service standards and team cohesion
