Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for company products (industrial Ethernet switches, routers, firewalls), device configuration services, and cybersecurity assessments.
• Pre-configure company products before delivery to customers.
• Provide technical support (troubleshooting and configuration) to customers for networking and company products related issues.
• Perform threat and vulnerability assessments on customer infrastructure (in collaboration with 3rd party vendors).
• Provide internal technical consultation to Design, Configuration, and Site Teams for networking and cybersecurity topics.
• Develop automation scripts (VBA ,or similar) to streamline configuration processes.

Requirement

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of networking principles: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs.
• Familiarity with industrial network devices (Ethernet switches, routers, firewalls).
• Hands-on device configuration & troubleshooting (e.g., Cisco, Ruggedcom, Hirschmann, Moxa or equivalent).
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge: firewall policies, network security, vulnerability scanning.
• Clear technical communication & presentation skills; able to prepare quotations/proposals and conduct product demos.
• Must have own transport (preferably car).
• Able to travel for outstation assignments (primarily within Senanjung, with occasional travel to Sabah and Sarawak)
