Responsibilities
Industry: Ready-Mixed Concrete / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the Sales team.
Receive and process customers' concrete orders, purchase orders and delivery requirements.
Prepare quotations, sales orders and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with customers, Sales, batching plant and operations teams regarding concrete delivery schedules.
Update customers on order and delivery status when required.
Maintain and update customer information, project details, pricing and sales records.
Follow up on outstanding documents, purchase orders and other customer requirements.
Prepare and issue invoices / supporting documents and ensure information is accurate.
Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and outstanding payment matters when required.
Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp.
Maintain proper filing of quotations, POs, delivery orders, invoices and other sales documents.
Prepare simple sales reports, order summaries and customer/project records.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve order, pricing, delivery or documentation discrepancies.
Provide general administrative support and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum GCE O-Level / N-Level / Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in Sales Administration / Customer Service / Order Processing is preferred.
Experience in construction, ready-mixed concrete, building materials or manufacturing will be an advantage.
Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
Able to communicate and coordinate well with customers and internal departments.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple orders and follow-ups.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
