Job Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Affairs Executive to support corporate communications, stakeholder coordination, and day-to-day corporate affairs activities. The role will work closely with internal departments and external partners to support effective communication and maintain smooth business operations across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support corporate communication activities, including internal announcements, company updates, and business materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams on corporate events, meetings, presentations, and business activities.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, briefing materials, presentations, and company communications.
- Maintain corporate information, records, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with external business partners, service providers, and stakeholders when required.
- Support company events, meetings, and corporate engagement activities.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of business correspondence and corporate documents.
- Monitor general industry and business developments relevant to the company.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Affairs and management teams.
- Assist with ad-hoc corporate projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate affairs, corporate communications, business administration, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Experience in the energy, commodities, trading, logistics, or international business sector will be an advantage.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
