HIRING: SITE SUPERVISOR

The Staycation | Kuching

We are looking for a responsible, hands-on and reliable Site Supervisor to manage our daily property operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily property operations
• Check units before and after guest stays
• Monitor cleaning quality
• Coordinate check-in / check-out
• Check linen, toiletries and inventory
• Report maintenance issues
• Follow up with contractors / technicians
• Coordinate cleaners and operation staff
• Handle urgent on-site guest issues
• Ensure all units are ready before check-in
• Maintain cleanliness and operational standards
• Assist Operation Manager with daily tasks

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

• Responsible and reliable
• Hands-on and willing to work on-site
• Good at following up
• Able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Has own transport is an advantage
• Experience in hotel / homestay / property management is an advantage
