Salary: Up $2500
Days: 5 days work week (Mon - Sun), 8.5 hours between 8am - 10pm (mostly 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm occasionally with events may schedule to work 2 pm to 10 pm, up to 44 hours per week)
Duration: Till March 2027 (renewable)
Location: Islandwide

Responsibilities:

• Conduct large group or 1-to-1 guided sessions at community centre, active ageing centre, libraries, and outreach locations
• Facilitate workshops (including basic public speaking), webinars, and learning journeys
• Coach learners to complete digital tasks independently (e.g. Zoom, Singpass, WhatsApp, PayNow, PayLah)
• Engage and educate learners effectively while meeting engagement KPIs
• Record engagements and perform follow-up and administrative tasks
• Prepare for deployments across hubs, events, and outreach activities
• Assist in setup of devices, materials, and guidebooks at touchpoints
• Rehearse and deliver sessions with clarity, confidence, and structure
• Support outreach activities and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• No experience but passionate to coach and equip seniors and hawkers with basic digital skills and common scams knowledge welcome
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working any 5 days of the week, any 8.5 hours between 8am - 10pm
• Able to withstand standing and walking for prolonged periods
