Head of Operations - F&B

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to oversee and drive operational excellence across a growing multi-outlet F&B business.

This role will take ownership of day-to-day operations, outlet performance, people development and operational standards, while supporting the company’s continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-outlet F&B operations, ensuring consistent standards, service quality and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop outlet managers and operations teams, including performance management, coaching and training.
• Monitor sales, P&L, labour, inventory and cost control across outlets.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, Halal, food safety, workplace safety and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with DOSH/JKKP on workplace safety, operational compliance, inspections and relevant corrective actions.
• Identify operational gaps and implement initiatives to improve productivity, customer experience and profitability.
• Support new outlet openings and expansion projects, including site readiness and operational setup.
• Work closely with HQ and cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
• Analyse outlet performance and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of F&B operations experience with proven multi-outlet/multi-site management.
• Strong experience managing and developing large operations teams.
• Hands-on experience in P&L, manpower, inventory and cost management.
• Practical experience with Halal compliance, food safety and workplace safety, including working with DOSH/JKKP.
• Strong understanding of F&B operational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, commercially minded and solutions-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing F&B environment.
