Full Time ACCOUNTANT Jobs, salary up to SGD 5,500 in INDEX-COOL MARINE & INDUSTRY PTE LTD Singapore - Maukerja

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including daily operational Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities such as invoicing, payments, receipts, staff claims, and related transactions
• Perform month-end and year-end closing of accounts for management reporting and statutory compliance
• Prepare monthly reconciliations , Balance Sheet schedules, and financial reports
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors and tax agents
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of accounting entries into the accounting system
• Maintain proper documentation and an organised filing system
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification
• CPA / ACCA qualification or currently pursuing will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience , with hands-on experience in full-set accounting
• Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to work well in a team and report to multiple stakeholders.
• High level of computer literacy; technically proficient with numbers and able to work independently with minimal supervision
