Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Support the design and delivery of training programmes and certifications
  • Coordinate with trainers, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Manage programme logistics, communications, and reporting
  • Assist in outreach and partnerships that drive talent development
  • Monitor budget allocations and expenditures.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc events duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, HR, Education or related fields
  • Fresh graduates or 1–2 years’ experience (MICE experience is a bonus!)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with SkillsFuture and workforce development frameworks is a plus
