Responsibilities

• Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues
• Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints, technical problems, or other issues efficiently and effectively
• Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy
• Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info

Requirements

• Love to interact with customers
• Able to commit retail hours
• Minimum 6 months of internship period is required
