Responsibilities

Location: Pioneer Mrt
Key Responsibilities
Take off quantities from M&E drawings for
Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S), irrigation, and Rainwater Harvesting (RWH)
works.
Prepare and submit
monthly progress claims
and monitor claimed versus certified amounts.
Issue
RFQs
, evaluate and compare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare, evaluate, and substantiate
Variation Orders (VOs)
.
Maintain
project cost trackers, material reconciliation, and cost records
.
Support
subcontractor award, back-charges, and final account settlement
.
Liaise with the
Accounts team
to verify DOs against invoices and support payment certification.
