Job Summary / Purpose:

• Assisting the Manager in handling Human Resource and Administrative functions for the company

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Involve in recruitment process in coordinating interviews, assist in on-boarding matters and ensure personnel records are in proper order.
• Liaison with insurance company on Workers Compensation and medical and hospitalisation claims.
• In charge of overall Company office administrative function such as office phone lines, keys, faxes, canteen and pantry appliances, lockers, uniforms, name cards, staff handphones, office items and stationeries, long service awards
• Process purchase requisitions using SAP system
• Preparation of monthly Company Newsletter
• Assist in organising of events and other team building activities
• Data entry & filing of medical certificates
• Update Company Organisation Chart or Phone Lines list if necessary
• To cover ad-hoc receptionist duties in Main Office
• Sorting letters and pass to respective departments
• Any other HR duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant HR certification in Human Resource or Business Administration
• Able to start immediately / short notice
• Knowledge and experience in Employment Act
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment.
• Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in SAP & Payroll Software
• Good people and relationship building skills
• Attention to details and ability to multitask
