Full Time Senior Digital Marketing Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in GEM COMM Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

GEM COMM is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead social media and digital communications for our clients and the GEM COMM brand.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn business objectives into thoughtful, engaging and results-driven digital content, particularly on LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for clients and GEM COMM, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
• Plan monthly content calendars and manage end-to-end content delivery.
• Write and create engaging social media posts, EDMs, newsletters and community posts.
• Develop content ideas aligned with clients’ brand positioning, corporate objectives and stakeholder audiences.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour and competitor activity.
• Manage community engagement, including comments, messages and relevant online conversations.
• Work with internal teams and clients to gather information, refine messaging and secure approvals.
• Track campaign performance and prepare clear reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Support digital campaigns, corporate announcements, thought-leadership programmes and other communications initiatives.
• Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, on-brand and delivered on schedule.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content marketing or corporate communications.
• Strong experience managing LinkedIn pages and developing B2B or corporate content.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience creating EDMs, newsletters and community engagement content.
• Good understanding of social media analytics, reporting and digital performance metrics.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms or social media management tools would be an advantage.
