Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience (experience in construction, fit-out, furniture, building materials, or project-based sales is an advantage).
- Strong network within property developers, contractors, consultants, or operators is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and site meetings.
- Possess own transport (if required).
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the cinema, stadium, education, and auditorium sectors.
- Conduct regular market visits to architects, consultants, contractors, operators, end users, and venue owners.
- Identify upcoming projects through industry networks, site visits, and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and projects.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable seating solutions.
- Attend client meetings, site inspections, and project briefings.
- Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals with internal sales and technical teams.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and provide regular updates to clients.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends. - Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
- Gather client feedback to support product improvement and business strategy.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.
- Maintain a professional company image in all external engagements.
