We are #GROWING! Reliant Design Solutions is expanding its operations throughout Malaysia and regionally. We are looking for an experienced BIM professional ready to lead multi-discipline coordination, mentor technical teams, and drive digital construction standards across high-value projects.

HEAD OFFICE (Digital Building Information Team)

• Senior BIM Coordinator
• Senior BIM Modeler (Architecture/Structure/MEP)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage CDE workflows and drive 3D model integration across all engineering disciplines, ensuring strict alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, perform clash detection, and prepare detailed clash resolution reports to bridge the gap between design and site execution.
• Perform advanced 4D (scheduling) and 5D (costing) simulations when required by project demands.
• Act as a technical leader, resolving complex BIM-related issues and providing hands-on mentorship to BIM Modelers on advanced modeling and coordination practices.
