• Assist recruiters to complete recruitment-related work efficiently and optimize the recruitment process.
• Participate in the whole recruitment process, including but not limited to understanding recruitment needs, posting job requirements, screening resumes, candidate communication, interview arrangements, feedback follow up, etc.
• Source for business/client leads and job opportunities across various social media and online platforms to support recruitment business
• Conduct market mapping, market research, and other relevant document content.
• Prepare marketing content regarding job opportunities for social media

Who we are looking for:

• Internship experience in human resources, recruitment or employment agency is preferred
• Any experience using LinkedIn and other job hiring platforms will be a bonus.
• Proactive, communicative and enjoys a collaborative work environment.
• Able to commit for at least 3 months full-time internship.
