Full Time Account Manager - Outdoor Sales (Aerospace - Aviation) AL70 Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow a portfolio of named aerospace/aviation MRO accounts (airline hangars, component repair shops, ground-support equipment operators).
• Conduct regularon-site visits to hangars, workshops and tool stores to understand tooling,calibration and consumables requirements.
• Support customers' quality and compliance needs (e.g. AS9100 traceability, calibration certificates, material certification) when supplying tools and consumables.
• Identify upselland cross-sell opportunities across the account, including precision tools, PPE and MRO consumables.
• Prepare andfollow up on quotations, negotiate pricing within gross-margin guidelines, and close orders.
• Coordinate within door sales and warehouse teams on order accuracy, calibration lead times and on-time delivery.
• Monitoroutstanding invoices and drive timely collections in line with agreed credit terms.
• Build trusted relationships with procurement, quality assurance and maintenance-planning stakeholders.
• Track competitor activity and pricing intelligence within the aerospace MRO segment and report to the Sales Manager.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3 to 4 years of B2B outdoor/field sales experience; prior exposure to aerospace, aviation MRO,or precision tooling/instrumentation accounts is an advantage.
• Comfortable with regular travel to hangars, workshops and airside-adjacent facilities; willingness to obtain airside/security clearance where required.
• Familiarity withquality and trace ability documentation (e.g. calibration certs, AS9100 concepts) is a plus, though not required at entry.
• Valid Class 3driving licence.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and follow-through skills, with highattention to detail.
• Diploma or above,with a target-driven, self-starter mindset.
