Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, packing, and shipping.
Manage, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel to maintain high productivity and a safe working environment.
Ensure strict compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and MOM guidelines.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity to improve workflow and minimize operational costs.
Coordinate closely with the procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Monitor operational KPIs, resolve discrepancies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
