Retail Sales Advisor – Home Appliances & Electrical

Job Scope

• Assist customers in selecting suitable home appliances and electrical products.
• Initiate conversations with shoppers and understand their product requirements.
• Provide accurate information on product functions, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
• Recommend suitable products according to customers' needs and purchasing preferences.
• Encourage sales by actively engaging with customers and following up on product enquiries.
• Ensure assigned products are properly displayed, labelled, and kept in good condition.
• Check stock levels and coordinate with outlet staff when additional stock is required.
• Stay informed about competitor brands, product offerings, and ongoing promotions.
• Build a positive working relationship with customers, outlet staff, and supervisors.
• Submit sales results and highlight relevant customer or outlet feedback to the supervisor.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or product promotion is preferred.
• Good communication skills with a customer-friendly personality.
• Confident in approaching customers and explaining product information.
• Interested in learning about home appliances and electrical products.
• Able to work towards sales objectives and remain motivated in a retail environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to manage daily duties independently.
• Willing to work closely with outlet teams to support sales activities.
