Full Time Occupational Therapist (West, (Community Hospital) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised therapy plans based on functional needs and treatment goals.
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions and provide guidance to patients and caregivers to support recovery and independence.
• Coordinate discharge planning and monitor patient progress, ensuring appropriate follow-up and continuity of care.
• Support clinical quality initiatives, including audits, risk management and review of clinical practices and guidelines.
• Participate in staff training, knowledge sharing and service improvement projects within the therapy team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Occupational Therapy, recognised by the AHPC Singapore.
• At least 2 years of relevant occupational therapy experience in rehabilitation or hospital settings.
• Strong patient communication, clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Responsible, adaptable and committed to delivering quality patient care.
