Responsibilities
PART-TIME VISITOR EXPERIENCE CREW
Looking for a flexible part-time opportunity?
Join our team and be part of a vibrant visitor-facing environment!
Salary: $10/hour (Weekdays), $12/hour (Weekends), $18/hour (Public Holiday)
Working Hours: 6 - 12 hours shift, between 8.30am - 9.30pm
Location: Gardens by the Bay
Working Days: Minimum 2 Weekdays, 1 Weekend
Your Role
Assist and provide information to visitors
Conduct ticket and admission checks
Assist with events and programmes
Support crowd control
Respond to accidents and emergencies when required
Provide friendly and professional customer service
What We're Looking For
Customer service experience is preferred
Friendly and approachable personality
Good communication skills
Responsible and comfortable interacting with the public
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
No experience? Training will be provided!
