Full Time Project Manager – Retail Renovation-F-B Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Head of Projects (Renovation) to lead the end-to-end development and renovation of retail spaces. You will work closely with design partners, internal stakeholders and contractors to deliver projects that meet brand standards, quality requirements and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage design consultants and translate site requirements into practical design concepts.
• Present design proposals and feasibility studies to the Board of Directors for new site launches.
• Manage the tender and bidding process, including contractor evaluation, technical specifications and commercial negotiations.
• Lead renovation projects from groundbreaking to handover, ensuring timelines, quality and design standards are met.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain required permits and operating licences after fit-out.
• Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to optimise front-of-house and back-of-house layouts.
• Establish maintenance and inspection processes across the corporate office and retail outlets.
• Manage contractors, vendors and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
