Full Time Assistant HR Manager (Rewards - Operations) Jobs, in Atomic Recruitment SEA Selangor - Maukerja

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage regional compensation & benefits programmes across SEA, ensuring competitiveness and consistency across markets.
• Oversee employee benefits, including market benchmarking, renewals, vendor management and cost effectiveness.
• Manage monthly payroll activities for Singapore and Thailand, covering both permanent and part-time employees.
• Lead and support the Rewards team in ensuring accurate and timely delivery across Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
• Oversee key HR operational matters including payroll governance and audits, expatriate visas/work permits, insurance and employee programmes.
• Monitor market trends, employment legislation and statutory requirements affecting Rewards and HR Operations across SEA.
• Partner with the People team on strategic modernisation and transformation initiatives.
• Support HR system enhancements, automation and continuous process improvement across payroll, leave and time management.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Around 5 years of relevant experience across Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Analytics or related areas.
• Regional SEA exposure would be highly advantageous.
• Practical knowledge of HR administrative practices across Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
• Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity when handling confidential employee information.
