Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all production activities at the assigned yard.
Assist the Warehouse Manager in managing daily warehouse operations and workflow
Assist the Warehouse Manager in managing daily warehouse operations and workflow
- Supervise warehouse staff to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and in accordance with SOPs
- Coordinate stock receiving, storage, issuing, and replenishment activities
- Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks and audits
- Handle walk-in customers and support over-the-counter transactions when required
- Source suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and place purchase orders
- Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment to ensure availability
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to meet dispatch schedules
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
