Full Time Construction Manager (Metal Roof - Steel Structure) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 16,000 in YYZ Bina Resources Selangor - Maukerja

Our Metal Roof & Steel Structure Division is currently looking to ramp up for manpower and resources mobilisation immediately at commercial & housing project sites. In line with this requirements, we are inviting candidate with relevant experience to join our elite team to create another successful milestones in the best and modern construction portfolio. Job Summary,

• Ensure delivery of project objective are achieve within the budget, quality and timeline.
• Monitor and plan construction resources and work programs including manpower, machine, material and methodology.
• Ensure compliance of the required safety & quality standards at all times.
• Manage NSC and contractors to achieve targeted construction programs.
• Ensure all site documentations, correspondence and information are timely and accurately obtained.
• Oversee site material deliveries schedule and confirmation of specifications.
• Conduct site meeting and handle day to day problem solving at project site.
• Monitor site progress and completion reports.
• Lead supporting team for the effectiveness of their duties and responsibilities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors for their requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Project Management or Quantity Surveyors.
• 3-5 Years in Commercial projects for Roofing & Steel Structures
• Can start within short notice
• Can lead a construction team
• Based at Klang Ayer Itam Industrial Park

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
