Job Summary
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, executing sales strategies, and delivering compelling product presentations to customers in the electronics, electrical, or mechanical sectors.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales with existing and prospective customers
Execute effective business strategies to meet or exceed sales and performance targets
Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase product value
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor profitability of secured business and conduct regular performance reviews with management to optimize outcomes
Prepare and provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, activity reports, and business reviews to support decision-making
Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover opportunities for business growth and expansion
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma/degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar industry
Ability to work independently to achieve business objectives
Effective communication skills to clearly convey product benefits and engage customers
Proficiency in sales pitching to persuade and close deals
Positive, can-do attitude to overcome challenges and drive results
