Requirements

 

  • F&B experience is an advantage
  • Friendly, polite and customer-service oriented. 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. 
  • Well-groomed and maintains good personal hygiene. 
  • Basic English/Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. 
  • Take customer orders accurately and explain menu items when required. 
  • Operate the POS system and handle cash, card and cashless payments accurately. 
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining, service and counter areas. 
  • Assist with opening and closing duties. 
  • Follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, grooming and safety requirements.
