Full Time Technician - Senior Technician - New Car EV (Dongfeng Petaling Jaya) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in MyTukar Selangor - Maukerja

About your role

Join our dynamic Retail Operations (Aftersales) team supporting our fast-growing New Car Multibrand EV. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth aftersales operations by managing warranty processes, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment, this is a great opportunity to contribute to delivering a high-quality ownership experience to our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately using Principal procedures.
• Ensure all repairs are done right the first time (reduce comeback jobs).
• Follow safety standards and maintain workshop tools and equipment.
• Record all repair details correctly on job cards.
• Participate in technical training and skill development.
• Maintain 5S standards in the workshop at all times.
• Any other ad-hoc assignment being assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field; automotive-related certification is an added advantage.
• 1–5 years of experience in an automotive workshop (depending on level: junior, senior, or master technician).
• Experience with new car after-sales service preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to read and follow OEM repair manuals and service procedures.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Good understanding of safety standards and workshop operations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
