Responsibilities
Job Description
Coordinate and execute family engagement programmes such as parenting workshops and parent child bonding activity.
Supervise and monitor the volunteer-led programmes for children.
Monitor the well-being of the children and flag up to Social Worker when detect unusual behaviour of children in the programme.
Evaluate and monitor programmes’ effectiveness. Gather feedback and make adjustment to improve programme quality and impact.
Engage stakeholders and partners for programmes and community development project.
Assist Social Worker in conducting needs and intake assessment of cases.
Support Social Worker in conducting groupwork or workshops for children.
Administer financial assistance and referral of resources.
Administrative support for corporate events and programmes.
Job Requirements
A degree in Psychology, Social Science or related discipline.
Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Team player with integrity and commitment.
Prior experience in the programme coordination in the social service sector is preferred.
