Full Time IT Technician - Infrastructure Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in BCM ELECTRONICS CORPORATION SDN BHD Kedah - Maukerja

The IT Infrastructure Technician is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration of IT infrastructure within a manufacturing environment. The role supports computers, servers, networks, printers, production-floor IT equipment, user accounts, and other IT systems to ensure stable and uninterrupted business and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, workstations, printers, scanners, and IT peripherals.
• Provide Level 1/Level 2 IT technical support to office and production-floor users.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, network points, and connectivity issues.
• Support and maintain Windows operating systems.
• Perform user onboarding/offboarding, including account creation, access rights, PC preparation, and equipment allocation.
• Monitor and maintain servers, network devices, backup systems, and other IT infrastructure.
• Support IT equipment used in production lines, warehouses, engineering, quality, and manufacturing departments.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues affecting MES, ERP, barcode scanners, label printers, production terminals, and shop-floor systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for hardware, network, server, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, software licenses, network devices, and spare parts.
• Ensure IT infrastructure complies with company policies, security requirements, and relevant manufacturing/customer requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system administration.
• Experience in a manufacturing/EMS environment is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
