We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Intern/Fresh Graduate to work directly with hospitals and healthcare partners to deploy, integrate, and improve Qmed Asia’s digital healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site and remote deployment of software, devices, kiosks, and AI solutions.
- Support the integration of Qmed platforms with HIS, EMR, APIs, medical devices, and hospital infrastructure.
- Gather operational requirements and help translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical and production issues.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to track and resolve issues.
- Support pilot projects, software testing, UAT, go-live activities, user training, and post-deployment optimization.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for workflows, system configurations, integrations, testing, and technical requirements.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, networking, cloud platforms, Linux, or system integration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willing to learn and comfortable working directly with clients in hospital environments.
- Interested candidates must possess their own transport (car or motorcycle) and be willing to travel for project deployments when required.
- Minimum internship period of 6 months; final-semester students are preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare technology, HL7/FHIR, Docker, cloud infrastructure, AI solutions, or medical device integration is an added advantage.
