Full Time Assistant Vice President - Fund Operations Jobs, in Lighthouse Canton - Maukerja

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Fund Operations professional for Lighthouse Canton’s Asset Management business. The role will include managing end-to-end operations of asset management funds across private credit, private equity, hedge funds and other strategies. The role would entail including working with and managing internal and external stakeholders across investments, legal, tax, compliance, investor servicing, fund administration, audits, and financial reporting, amongst others.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Setup & Governance

• Lead setup and launch of asset management funds across jurisdictions primarily in Singapore (VCC, company or partnership structures).
  
• Drive operational efficiencies through by strengthening operational workflows and controls, enhancing reporting standards and implementing automation tools.
  

Investor Lifecycle Management

• Manage and support investor onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, subscriptions, redemptions and support investor due diligence.
  
• Manage capital calls, drawdowns, divestments and collections, distributions, and investor communications.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of all investor transactions.
  

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements including FATCA/CRS, AML/KYC, and other applicable obligations.
  
• Coordinate periodic regulatory filings and compliance reporting.
  

Fund Administration & Reporting

• Manage fund accounting, NAV reviews, cash management, and service provider deliverables.
  
• Manage annual financial statement preparation, audit coordination, and audit closure, tax filings and reporting.
  

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Work with teams operating across multiple locations and time zones and functions including investments, legal, compliance, sales and investor relations.
  
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, operational risk, and service quality standards.
  
• Act as the key liaison and coordinate workstreams with internal and external stakeholders, including investment teams, compliance, legal advisors, tax advisors, administrators, banks, auditors, and other service providers.
  
  
  
  

· Professional degree in Finance & Accounting - CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.

· 6-10 years of relevant experience in asset management fund operations, fund administration, or related areas with a focus on private markets specifically private credit, venture debt, and private equity.

· Strong knowledge and understanding of:

o Fund structures (VCC, partnerships, private limited)

o Regulatory frameworks (MAS, Mauritius, Cayman Islands, BVI, SEBI, GIFT and others)

o Capital calls, drawdowns, and distributions

o Fund accounting and financial reporting

o Audit and compliance management

o Investor onboarding and servicing

Preferred Qualifications

· CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.

· Experience in managing outsourced/global operations teams.
