Responsibilities :
Team Building & Leadership

• Independently recruit, train, and manage a professional business team
• Set goals, establish processes, and motivate the team to achieve targets

Business Growth & Strategy

• Identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and expand customer base
• Negotiate and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients

Profit & Operation Ownership

• Take full charge of revenue, costs, and overall profit performance
• Make independent decisions to solve problems and improve efficiency
• Drive the business from initial setup to stable profitability

Requirements

• Experienced in building teams and growing businesses successfully
• Fully self-motivated and capable of working without constant guidance
• Strong commercial sense with clear understanding of how to generate profit
• Versatile, hands-on, and ready to take both strategic and operational responsibilities
• Interested in long-term partnership and shared success
