Responsibilities
A Turkish and Indian Cuisine Business Development Manager expands brand presence drives sales and oversees quality control for specialty food restaurants like Sultan Palace Restaurant Turkish Indian Curry and tandoor establishments.
Key Responsibilities
Growth and Strategy:
Find new markets, plan expansions, and secure corporate catering or event contracts.
Quality Control:
Supervise kitchen operations, inspect food taste and hygiene, and ensure recipes match restaurant standards.
Partnerships:
Build relationships with investors, suppliers, clients, and potential franchisees.
Sales and Analysis:
Track revenue targets, negotiate contracts, and monitor competitor trends in the food and beverage sector.
Required Skills
Industry Knowledge:
Deep familiarity with Turkish and North/South Indian culinary traditions, spices, and tandoor cooking.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
Operations:
Background in menu planning, hygiene compliance, and kitchen workflow oversight
