Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in conducting classroom learning sessions and activities.
• Support children's learning, communication, behaviour and social development.
• Assist children during classroom activities, play sessions and daily routines.
• Prepare teaching materials, learning resources and classroom setup.
• Help maintain a safe, clean and organised learning environment.
• Observe children's progress and report to the lead teacher.
• Communicate professionally with parents when required.
• Work closely with therapists, educators and the management team.
• Participate in meetings, training and company programmes.
• Follow company SOPs and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience working with children is an added advantage.
• Passionate about children's development.
• Patient, caring and responsible.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Willing to learn and attend training.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
