Responsibilities

A) Projects

• Recruitment Process Improvement Sustainability

  • Participate in recruitment activities and processes.

  • Measure adoption of the improved recruitment process.

  • Track recruitment lead time before and after improvements.

• Recruitment Platform Optimization

  • Study the effectiveness of the current recruitment platform.

  • Explore effective/new platforms to improve talent sourcing.

• Talent Development Program

  • Assist in implementation phase inclusive of program activities and coordination.

• Employer Branding and Employee Engagement Initiative

  • Assist in content creation, track participation and feedback gathering.

B) Others

• Support HR projects and initiatives.

• Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative, etc.

• Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption,  Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities

• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Data Science, Business Analytics, Communication or any related disciplines.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret and draw insights from data.

• Adaptability and versatile.

• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

• Communication skill and able to deal with variety of people.

• Detail-oriented.

• Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.

• Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel e.g. VBA macro; data visualization tool e.g. Power BI, programming or scripting language e.g. Python is an advantage.

• Proficient in graphic design skills & video editing software e.g Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, etc.
