Job Summary

Lead the cake decorating team to deliver beautifully crafted wedding cakes. Manage multiple orders, communicate design details with customers, and support events and sales activities in a dynamic, hands-on SME environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the cake decorating team to ensure timely, high-quality cake production
• Apply professional cake decorating techniques to create elegant and refined wedding cakes
• Organize and manage multiple cake orders efficiently to meet deadlines and customer expectations
• Communicate clearly with customers to understand and finalize cake design and flavour details
• Support customer enquiries and sales activities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Assist in setting up and supporting events and exhibitions to showcase the brand and products
• Work at least one weekend day per week to meet business and event demands
• Adapt to various roles and responsibilities in a growing SME environment to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in a professional kitchen or bakery environment
• Proficiency in fondant cake decorating techniques
