Multiple Outlets: Ang Mo Kio / Tanjong Pagar / Clementi / Lau Pa Sat
Working Hours
Shift-based (F&B operating hours)
5 or 6-day work week
1 rest day per week (rostered)
Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily kitchen operations and manpower deployment
Ensure food quality, hygiene standards, and SOP compliance
Train, guide, and support kitchen crew
Coordinate food preparation schedules and workflow
Assist Head Chef with daily operational matters
Job Requirements
Experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Strong teamwork and communication skills
