Responsibilities
Oversees daily store operations, manages floor staff, and ensures high customer satisfaction
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals
In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in using retail management software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail management is advantageous
