About the Role.

Assist in managing and delivering digital content for AIA ADBuzz by creating, managing, and

overseeing content published across social media and web platforms. The role involves

copywriting, content planning, and social media management to ensure engaging, clear, and

brand-aligned communication, while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, content

management, and corporate communications.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content for AIA ADbuzz official social media platforms, ensuring timely and brand-aligned communication.
• Curate engaging and persuasive copywriting for social media content to enhance audience engagement (English/BM).
• Assist in writing and editing articles to support platform updates and agent communication (English/BM).
• Upload and maintain blog posts on the ADBuzz website, ensuring content accuracy, clarity, and accessibility for agents.
• Prepare and publish weekly highlight content across social media platforms to recap key updates and keep agents informed.
• Design and edit multimedia content using Canva and CapCut, producing engaging visual and video content to support marketing campaigns, internal communication, and promotional initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights for ongoing campaigns.
• Gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content management, and creative development within a corporate environment.

Requirements

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
• Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate, or Graduate program in any field (either in Malaysia or abroad).
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Availability: Must be available to work full-time (five days a week) for a minimum of three (3) months and up to six (6) months.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (mandatory requirement).
• Technical Skills: Must be computer literate and proficient in standard software applications (e.g., MS Office, Outlook, Teams).
