Job Summary

As a Junior Sales & Marketing Associate, you will support campaigns, build customer relationships, and represent brands through face-to-face marketing in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Customer & Client Engagement

• Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve campaign performance and customer experience
• Identify customer needs and deliver excellent service to meet those needs

Sales Support

• Assist in acquiring new customers and generating leads to support sales growth
• Support campaign planning, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets

Campaign Execution

• Represent brands at events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility
• Execute marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness and customer engagement
• Propose ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve customer interactions
