Full Time Compliance Officer- Client Monitoring (Private Bank) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in GMP TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Location: Raffles Place

Overview:  

The Client Monitoring Officer shall possess in depth knowledge of AML/KYC client due diligence process, compliance monitoring and review programs.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform regular client periodic reviews
• Conduct refresher due diligence searches as part of the periodic review
• Conduct account transactions review as part of the periodic review
• Perform KYC due diligence of KYC files as part of the periodic review
• Identify and escalate potential AML risks, red flags, and unusual activity
• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the team
• Undertake any duties as assigned
• Foster a positive compliance culture within the Bank through advice, communication and training

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a compliance and/or client on-boarding function, including exposure in the Private Wealth environment

• Should possess good analytical skills and able to independently perform in-depth analysis on Compliance related matters, particularly on client due diligence and client periodic review

• Self-starter and solution oriented
• Well organised and attentive to details Team player Good knowledge of common IT applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Good knowledge with Factiva and Worldcheck
