Job Summary

Join a leading supply chain solutions company as a Total Rewards Specialist to design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and rewards programs that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data by gathering market trends and conducting salary surveys to maintain competitive pay structures
• Evaluate and recommend adjustments to salary ranges and compensation plans based on data analysis and business needs
• Manage and execute annual performance management and compensation review cycles to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Conduct job evaluations using established methodologies to determine job sizes and align roles with compensation strategies
• Advise stakeholders on compensation policies and processes to support informed decision-making
• Administer rewards programs and manage payment requirements to ensure compliance and effectiveness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree holder with 4-5 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards
• Knowledge of Total Rewards practices and applicable labour laws
• Hands-on experience in market surveys, salary benchmarking, and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong MS Office skills
• High numeracy and attention to detail in handling compensation data
• Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Familiarity with Hay and Mercer job evaluation methodologies is advantageous
